Outer Banks beach scene (my wife’s 2024 birthday gift)

I burned an image of my two girls wading in the ocean while vacationing in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. The swirls in the woodgrain brought the image to mind. I burned a deep, dark line for the horizon and then used the dremel and burn pens to highlight the grain here and there to bring out the “clouds” and “waves.”
